This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioners/A.1 to A.10 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.12 of 2015 on the file of Mahaboobabad town Police Station, Warangal district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A of I.P.C. and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

2. Heard and the material on record.

3. It is represented that police already filed final report, hence this petition is liable to be closed.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is closed. Remedy left open to file a quash petition to quash the police final report with cognizance taken, if not, with necessary material. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand closed.
