Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Smt.

R.Annapurna, learned counsel for 7th respondent. This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dt.29-12-2015 in W.P.No.3594 of 2015. It is not in dispute that the said order was modified on 12-02-2016 in W.V.M.P.No.1162 of 2015 in W.P.M.P.No.4790 of 2015 in W.P.No.3594 of 2015. Once the said order has been modified, there cannot be any Contempt Case maintained for violation of the original order. Therefore, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
