I.A.No.1 of 2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
This application is filed by the petitioner/A.13 seeking to relax the conditions (ii) & (iii) imposed by this Court vide common order dated 09.01.2025 in Crl.P.No.15992 & 15994 of 2024.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the duty of petitioner is to accompany A.11 whenever, he visits other countries and in view of the above conditions imposed by this Court, petitioner cannot travel abroad along with A.11. He further submitted that the trial Court has already relaxed the condition and gave permission to A.11 and A.12 to travel abroad. As such, prayed this Court to relax conditions (ii) & (iii).
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that if the conditions are relaxed, the petitioner has to inform his travel itinerary to the investigating officer.
In view of the above submissions made by both the counsel, the petitioner herein is directed to file appropriate application before the trial Court regarding his travel itinerary and the trial Court is directed to consider the same.
With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
