Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in erecting High Tension K.V.Towers through the petitioners' land admeasuring Ac.1.25 cents and Ac.1.00 in R.S.Nos.9/9 and 8/2 respectively situated at Guntupally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Krishna District.

Respondents filed a counter affidavit stating that they are erecting towers as per law, and if any compensation is due and payable to the petitioners, they would pay the same in accordance with law.

In view of the statement made by the respondents in their counter affidavit, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
