Sri D. Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners/A.2 to A.5, submits that the petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Considering the said request, permission is accorded to the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim stay granted by this Court on 30.08.2011 shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
