HON'BLE SRT JUSTICHE K. LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.46571 of 2022 ORDER:

Heard Sri P. Venkateshwer Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Perused the record.

Petitioners herein are claiming right over the lands 1n Sy.Nos. 192 and 273 situated at Iydhu Dhonala Thanda, H/o.Rachakonda village, Narayanpur mandal, Yadadri-Bhongir District. In proof of the sarne, they have filed copies of old passbooks. According to them, they have submitted representation through an association seeking issuance of E-passbooks with respondent No.2. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said written representation, respondent No.2 did not act upon the sarne, therefore, the present writ petition.

) Whereas learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, orI instructions, would submit that as per CCLA's Cilcrrlar No.l l2O2I, dated 15-Ol-2O21 the petitioners h,:rein have to lile online application to respondent No.2, who inturn, will corrsider the said online applica,ion submitted by the petitioners and pass appropriate orlers, in accordance with 1aur.

In view o1 the a-foresaid discussion, this writ petition 1S disposed o[, granting liberty to the petitioners to submit online application in terms of the aforesaid Circular to -t:spondent No.2 along with relevant documents r,r'i.h a request to issue E-pattedar pass books. On rr ceipt of the said online application, respondent Nc.2 shall consider the salne and pass appropriate orrlt:rs strictly in accordance with law by putting the pet tioners and a,ll affected parties on notice and affording them an opportunity ol hearing. tf respondent No.2 is not inclined to accept the claim / request of the petitioners, he shall assign specific

reasons, pass a reasoned order and shall communicate copy of the said order to the petitioners. He shall complete the entire exercise within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of making of online application. There shall be no order as to costs.
