HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34075 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not passing any order on petitioner's appeal No.84/2017, against the refusal order No.87/2017, dated 03.11.2017, for document P.No.123 of 2016, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.1.50 cents out of Acs.21.38 cents in Survey no.102 of Kallur village polam, Lepakshi mandal, Anantapur District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to respondent No.4 to dispose of the appeal filed against the refusal order dated 03.11.2017, in respect of the land referred to above, at the earliest. The same is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader for revenue. 4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No. 4 to dispose of appeal No.84/2017 filed against the refusal order dated 03.11.2017

with regard to registration of sale deed document in respect of the above mentioned property, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after hearing all the concerned.
