Petitioners seek cancellation of certain documents effected between respondent Nos.10 to 13 which had been registered by the Sub-Registrar, L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District-East.

This relief can be granted only by a Civil Court and cannot be granted under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

Therefore granting liberty to petitioner to approach a competent C iv il Court, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
