THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A.RAMALI NGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NO.1758 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 21.06.2016 passed in WP.No.28764 of 2015. The said Writ Petition was disposed of directing the fifth respondent to issue charge memo to the last address of the petitioner and pay him subsistence allowance form the date of suspension within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and continue to pay till completion of enquiry. The petitioner was further directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the enquiry initiated against the petitioner shall be completed within a period six months.

The respondent filed a counter affidavit to the effect that they had addressed a letter dated 20.09.2016 to the petitioner but the said letter was returned unserved. However, it is submitted that now the petitioner received the charge memo and the enquiry is under process. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary.
