ORDER:

The petitioner, who was awarded the contract for sale of sarees and other cloth items by respondent No.3 Devasthanam from 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015, filed this writ petition feeling aggrieved by the purported inaction of the said respondent in considering its representation, dated 19.11.2015, made for extension of the contract period by three months.

At the hearing, Mrs.K.Lalitha, learned standing counsel for Endowments (AP) appearing for respondent No.3 Devasthanam, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2015, was considered and an appropriate order, dated 01.12.2015, was passed. She has passed on a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioner during the hearing. In the light of the decision taken by respondent No.3 Devasthanam as observed above, the cause on which the writ petition is filed has become infructuous and the Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as such. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.50911 of 2015 filed
