HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.36551 of 2016 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri A.Rama Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. Petitioners had given representation dt.26-06-2015 for regularization of their services with effect from 01-12-2011 instead of 2013 and contend that the respondents have not taken any action thereon.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondents states that the respondents will consider the said representation within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate their decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
