This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.Subash, Advocate for the Petitionera and Sri Vizarath Ali, Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Sole Respondent. The Court made the following: ORDER

HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE E.V.VENU(}OPAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.L2762 of 2OL4 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed seeking, to call for records in C.C.No.18 of 201 1 on the hle of Judicia-l Magistrate of First Class at Yellandu, Khammam District. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits: that the cause in the Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication. Therefore, no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the same as infructuous. 3.

Sri Vizarath Ali, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent-State by furnishing the copy of online case status would submit that the Calendar Case has been disposed of on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yellandu and the nature of disposal was uncontested dismissed. Therefore, no further orders are required and hence seeks to dismiss the Criminal Petition as infructuous.

Taking on record the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor and on perusing the online case status of t1-re subject Calendar Case, this Criminal petition is dismissed zrs infructuous.
