This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitionerAccused No.1 to quash the proceedings against it in C.C.No.1783 of 2014 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.2- State. Perused the record.

3. This Court, by Common Order dated 17.02.2022 in Criminal Petition Nos.15649 and 15793 of 2014 quashed the proceedings against A2 to A12 on various grounds.

According to the complainant, the Doctors were part of Apollo Hospital, Jubilee Hills, which is the petitioner herein. This Court has found that lodging of the complaint and initiating criminal proceedings were incorrect. The Common Order dated 17.02.2022 has attained finality.

For the reasons alike in the Common Order dated 17.02.2022 in Criminal Petition Nos.15649 and 15793 of 2014, the proceedings

against petitioner/A1 in C.C.No.1783 of 2014 on the file of III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad are hereby quashed.

A copy of Common Order dated 17.02.2022 in Criminal Petition Nos.15649 and 15793 of 2014 shall form part of this order. 7.
