HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34104 of 2018 ORDER:
1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not considering the representations dated 27.06.2018 and 21.05.2018, to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.513 of Almaipet Village, Andole Mandal, Medak District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.
2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations on 27.06.2018 and 21.05.2018, till date no certificate was issued by the second respondent. 3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if the said applications are still pending consideration, the second respondent may be directed to consider the said representations in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 06.06.2013.
4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representations of the petitioner, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, Revenue (Assignments-I) Department, dated 06.06.2013, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,
preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
