Sri Srinivasa Rao Madiraju, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the order dated 04.11.2013 passed by this Court in W.P.No.22939 of 2007, alleged disobedience to which led to the filing of this contempt case, has since been complied with. Recording the said statement, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
