This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the Proceeding in F.No.17/DM/Mahanandi/KNL/2011, dated 22.08.2015, of respondent No.1 authorising respondent No.3 to conduct auction of the petitioner's agricultural lands admeasuring Acs.2.52 cents, Acs.3.77 cents and Acs.2.42 cents in Survey Nos.195, 349/A and 349/B respectively of Gajulapally Village, Mahanandi Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary.

After arguing the case, Mr.S.M.Subhani, learned Counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his client to avail any other appropriate remedy available to him in law.

The request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner is accepted and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
