Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in the contempt case, shall stand closed.
