HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35121 of 2018 ORDER:
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in entertaining the execution of documents in favour of third parties by respondent Nos.7 to 9, in respect of land admeasuring 288 square yards, in house bearing No.82, situated at Chebrolu village, Gollaprolu mandal, Pithapuram Sub-Registrar, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, as illegal and arbitrary.
3) Learned counsel for the petitioner mainly submits that civil suits came to be filed in respect of the very same property, seeking various reliefs, which are pending for consideration and in the meanwhile the present representation came to be filed.
4) Having regard to the above, the Sub-Registrar - respondent No.5, shall take into consideration, the representation made on 10.08.2018, before taking up registration of the plots in issue, by treating this
representation as objections made by the petitioner for registration of the subject land.
5) With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
