THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4769 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.
The petitioner claims to be the owner of land to an extent of Acs.0.91 cents in survey No.5/4A and Acs.0.88 cents in survey No.6/4, coming to a total extent of Acs.1.79 cents situated in Boyinapalli Village of Kenamakanapalli Gram Panchayat, Santhipuram Mandal, Chittoor District. There were disputes between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in respect of the said land and S.A.No.708 of 2015 is pending in this Court. It is alleged that the third respondent is calling the petitioner and her family members to the police station and threatening them to compromise the matter with the fourth respondent. Now a counter affidavit is filed on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 stating that they have never interfered with the civil disputes and basing on the complaint of the rival parties, two crimes were registered. Crime No.
56 of 2015 was registered against the fourth respondent on the complaint of the petitioner and crime No.57 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner and six others. The allegation that the petitioner is called to the police station and is threatened to compromise the matter with the fourth respondent is denied. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. If the petitioner and her family members are called to the police station in spite of this order, it is open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the Superintendent of Police, Chittoor District.
The writ petition is accordingly closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 19.04.2017 pln
