SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.27155 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Aggrieved by the assessment order dated 31.5.2016, the petitioner claims to have preferred an appeal to the Appellate Deputy Commissioner. He has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court only on one of the issues which was adjudicated by the Assessing Authority, i.e., denial of notional input tax credit on the sale and purchase of used cars. Both Sri S. Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri J. Anil Kumar, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, would agree that this issue is covered by the order of this Court in M/s. Prathul Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., vs.

Assistant Commissioner (CT)-II (judgment in Writ Petition No. 20186 of 2016 and batch, dated 19.7.2016). Following the said order, and in terms thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
