THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5686 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking the proceedings against the petitioners in C.C.No.276 of 2016 on the file of the Court of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A and 506 IPC and 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available to them under law.
