SEETHARAMA MURTI CI VI L REVI SI ON PETI TI ON No.1 4 4 4 of 2 0 1 3 ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner/ plaintiff, assailing the order, dated 19.07.2012, of the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, (Judge, Fast Track Court), at Sangareddy, passed in C.M.A.No.4 of 2012.

The counsel for the petitioner/ plaintiff is present. The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of this Court that O.S.No.7 of 2011 was disposed of by the trial Court on 22.10.2013. In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in the CMA, which is filed against the order passed in I.A.No.37 of 2011 in the afore-stated suit. 3 .
