This writ petition is filed challenging the Notice No.D/3929/2014 dated 11.05.2015.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submit that the subject matter is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.15067 of 2015, dated 28.05.2015.

3. Accordingly, in view of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.15067 of 2015 dated 28.05.2015, this writ petition is also disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to file objections to the notice dated 11.05.2015 within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the 1st respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of fifteen days thereafter. Till such time, no steps for demolition of structures in the encroached area shall be taken. No costs.
