This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the fourth respondent in rejecting the bid of the petitioner in respect of Tender Notice No.TO/43/2016-17, dated 27.6.2016, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of filing of this writ petition has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
