ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to set aside notice, dated 15.07.2011 of respondent No.3.

At the hearing, Mrs.K.Pallavi, learned counsel representing Mrs.V.Purnasree, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 28.07.2011 as extended on 24.08.2011 in W.P.M.P.No.25962 of 2011 is vacated and W.P.M.P.Nos.25962 of 2011 and 14874 of 2012 and W.V.M.P.(Sr)No.61705 of 2012 shall stand dismissed as infructuous. __________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 12th August, 2015 GHN
