HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29155 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner, who is a Sarpanch of Venkatraopalli Gram Panchayat, Kamanpur Mandal, Karimnagar District, filed the present writ petition challenging the order dated 04.06.2015 passed by the third respondent.

The third respondent passed the impugned order prohibiting the petitioner from drawing the funds individually, but with the joint signature of the Extension Officer, Panchayat Raj, Kamanpur. Since there is a provision for Appeal against the said order to the District Collector, it is open to the petitioner to file Appeal against the impugned order, dated 04.06.2015.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file Appeal against the impugned order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
