This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in P.R.C.No.51 of 2014 of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kovur, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 352 and 323 IPC and 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes(Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law.
