THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE NOS.2249 AND 2253 OF 2015 COMMON ORDER:

These two Contempt Cases are filed for non implementation of the orders passed by this Court, dated 14-10-2015 in WPMP No.44370 of 2015 in W.P.No.34534 of 2015 and in WPMP No.44160 of 2015 in W.P.No.34344 of 2015 respectively.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent herein submits that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court, they issued a notice for inspection, but the petitioners themselves sought postponement of inspection. In view of the same, it cannot be said that the orders passed by this Court are violated.

3. Accordingly, both the Contempt Cases are dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these cases shall stand closed.
