(On being mentioned) Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioners have to prefer appeals challenging the orders dated 08.10.2025 in I.A. No.144 of 2022 and 146 of 2022, respectively, but in the common order dated 20.02.2026, it is wrongly typed as if the petitioners have to file appeals challenging the judgment and decree dated 27.03.2019 in O.S.
No.828 of 2016.
Perusal of common order would disclose that there is force in the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and, therefore, the common order dated 20.02.2026 in C.R.P. Nos.4228 and 4231 of 2025, has to be corrected in the following manner:
In paragraph No.8 at 5th and 6th lines, the words "ex parte decree dated 27.03.2019 in O.S. No.828 of 2016" have to be deleted by inserting the words "orders dated 08.10.2025 in I.A. No.144 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016 and I.A. No.146 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016, respectively".
In paragraph No.11 at 3rd and 4th lines, the words "ex parte judgment and decree dated 27.03.2019 in O.S. No.828 of 2016" have to be deleted by inserting the words "orders dated 08.10.2025 in I.A. No.144 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016 and I.A. No.146 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016, respectively". In paragraph No.12 at 3rd and 4th lines, the words "ex parte judgment and decree dated 27.03.2019" have to be deleted by inserting the words "orders dated 08.10.2025 in I.A. No.144 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016 and I.A. No.146 of 2022 in O.S. No.828 of 2016, respectively".
The Registry is directed to issue a corrected copy of the common order.
