HIGH COURT FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA:

HYDERABAD MAIN CASE No.: Crl.P.No.11813 of 2022 PROCEEDING SHEET Sl.

No DATE

ORDER

OFFICE NOTE 20-01-2023 Dr.DNR,J I.A.No.01 of 2023 This interlocutory application is filed seeking modification of the condition in Order dated 05.01.2023 in Crl.P.No.11813 of 2022 as bail to the satisfaction of "learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad" in place of "Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad".

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent/State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that this Court, while disposing the Criminal Petition No.11813 of 2022 the petitioner was ordered to be enlarged on bail on furnishing sureties to the satisfaction of "Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad" instead of "I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad". Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for modification of the said Order.

As seen from the record, it appears that due to typographical error, while granting bail, the petitioner was directed to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad instead of

learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that the order can be modified to the extent of petitioner furnishing sureties to the satisfaction of learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad instead of Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad.

Accordingly, this interlocutory application is ordered by directing the petitioner to furnish sureties to the satisfaction of learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad instead of Asifnagar Police Station, Hyderabad. The remaining terms and conditions ordered in 05.01.2023 in Crl.P.No.11813 of 2022 remain unchanged.
