HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34214 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not considering the representation dated 26.02.2018, to issue No Objection Certificate in respect of land admeasuring Ac.5.00 in Sy.No.696 of Mauze Malkapur, Sanga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.

2) The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representation on 26.02.2018, till date no certificate was issued by the second respondent.

3) The Government Pleader for Revenue (TG) submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the second respondent may be directed to consider the said representation in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, dated 06.06.2013.

4) Without going into the merits of the case and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to deal with the representation of the petitioner, in terms of G.O.Ms.No.307, Revenue (Assignments-I) Department, dated 06.06.2013, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible,

preferably within a period of three to five months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
