Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

2. The present Criminal Petition came to be filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by the petitioners/A.1 to A.4 seeking release in the event of their arrest in Crime No.146 of 2014 of Chinnachowk Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 324 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) SC/ST (POA) Act.

3. Pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 16.08.2016 the petitioners herein appeared before the Court concerned on 24.08.2016 and also gave an undertaking to appear before the Court on every date of adjournment without fail.

4. In view of the above, no order orders are necessary in this Criminal Petition.
