ORDER

The petitioner, who is the sole accused in Cr.No.47 of 2015 of Kamatipura Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offence under Section 367(2)(i) IPC and under Sections 4 and 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, filed this petition under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C., seeking bail.

2. Heard both sides and perused the material on record. 3.

It is alleged that on 10.06.2015, the accused committed sexual assault on the victim girl aged about 5 years. Hence, the complaint.

4. In view of the gravity of the offence and since the victim is aged about 5 years, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
