This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 24.04.2013 passed in M.C.No.265 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for the trial of JHCBBC-cum-Additional Family Court-cum-XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this criminal revision case has become infructuous. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
