HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P. No. 34251 of 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking the following relief:

" To declare the action of the official respondents in mutating the names of the unofficial respondents against the petitioners land admeasuring Ac.17-38 gts, in Survey No.70 of Akkaram village, Achampet Mandal, Nargar Kurnool district and consequently direct the official respondents to rectify the records as per law."

A perusal of the representation made by the petitioner to the District Collector shows that no details have been provided, with regard to the period for which the petitioner sought for mutation of his name and also the name of the persons whose names are to be deleted from the revenue records, in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.17-38 gts, in Survey No.70 of Akkaram village, Achampet Mandal, Nargar Kurnool district. When the same was pointed out, the learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner would present a fresh application to the District Collector, and a direction may be given to dispose of the same.

Learned Government Pleader would submit that if an application is made in accordance with law, the same would be dealt with by the District Collector, at the earliest. 4.

Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the petitioner, if he is so advised, to make a fresh application to the District Collector, in accordance with rules and the provisions of A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, by giving all the details and enclosing the necessary documents, so as to enable the District Collector to take steps in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that the said exercise shall be completed as early as possible, which shall not be later than three to five months from the date of making the representation. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR 25.09.2018 DMG
