This criminal petition is filed under Sections 480 & 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') by the petitioner/A.1 seeking enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No.2131 of 2025 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the
offences punishable under Sections 143, 144 of the BNS and Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Trafficking (Prevention) Act, 1956.

The case of the prosecution is that on credible information, the inspector of police conducted a raid at KKS Kundhana Grand Luxury Hotel and found the petitioner herein along with the customers and victims. Basing on the statement of the victims, a case is registered for the above said offences, showing the petitioner as accused No.1.

Heard Ms. Karney Sai Mounika, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State. 4.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner herein is innocent of the said allegations, in fact, he is the cab driver and he went there to drop the victim in that place and he is in jail from 04.11.2025 and his wife is suffering with medical ailments, who is a pregnant lady and she requires his support and to the extent of this petitioner,
the material part of the investigation was already completed. and prayed this Court to grant bail to the petitioner. 5.
On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed bail stating that the petitioner herein is the main organizer in the present case and other and other accused, who are shown as the organizers i.e. accused Nos.2 to 4 were not yet arrested and the allegations against the petitioner herein are serious in nature, as such, he is not entitled for the bail and prayed to dismiss this petition.

In the light of the submissions made by both the learned counsel and a perusal of the material available on record, the statement of the victim shows that accused No.3 introduced her into the said profession and the petitioner herein is the agent of accused No.3 and accused No.3 used to collect the amount from the victim No.1 and on that day, the petitioner herein went to the scene of offence to collect the amount and at the same time, the police conducted a raid, which shows that accused No.3 is the main organizer of the said Hotel and the petitioner herein is also working with the accused No.3 and he is in jail from 04.11.2025. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the incarceration
period of the petitioner and also the condition of the wife of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to grant bail to the petitioner/A.1, subject to the following conditions: i.
The petitioner/A.1 shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge-Cum-X Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Ranga Reddy District, at Kukatpally.
ii.
The petitioner/A.1 shall appear before the concerned SHO at 11:00 a.m., on every Monday for a period of eight (8) week or till filing of charge sheet whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation, and thereafter, as and when required.
iii.
The petitioner/A.1 shall abide by the conditions stipulated in Section 437(3)
of Cr.P.C.(presently, Section 480(3) of the BNSS).

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
