Sri B. Ramappa, v. The State Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO Writ Petition No.32007 of 2015 Order:
Heard Sri P.R. Balarami Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for NREGS-respondents 2 and 3.
2. On certain charges, an enquiry was held against the petitioner, who is the Field Assistant and his services were terminated through order dated 27-12-2014 by the 3rd respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that without any material warranting termination, the impugned order was passed. However, the petitioner preferred an appeal against the termination order to the 2nd respondent-District Collector.
3. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-District Collector to complete the enquiry within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
