CVNR,J & MSKJ,J W.P.No.20051 of 2017 04.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of a certiorari to quash order, dated 30.01.2015, in O.A.No.351 of 2014 on the file of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

Since the issue raised in this writ petition is similar to that in W.P.No.20025 of 2017 and today, by a separate order, we have dismissed the said writ petition, this Writ Petition is also dismissed with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order. 3.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.24534 of 2017 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
