CONTEMPT CASE No.2113 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.25625 of 2015, dated 14.08.2015.

2. As seen from the order of this Court, statement was made before the Court by the learned standing counsel on behalf of the respondent municipality that though the ownership claim of the petitioner is disputed, the municipality requested the Tahsildar, Kandukur, Prakasam District to conduct survey and submit a report was recorded. It is informed that so far survey is not conducted. As per the statement made, only after the survey is conducted, if it is established that the property belongs to the respondent municipality, the municipality will take appropriate further course of action regarding laying of the pipeline. On the contrary, if it is established that the property belongs to the petitioner, after following due process, the said drainage system would be connected.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner is unable to state as to what decision was taken by the respondent municipality in violation of the orders of this Court to contend that such action amounts to Contempt of the Court. No contempt is made out. Contempt Case is closed accordingly.
