Petition under Section 482 ol Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records in connection with C.C.No.558 of 2021 on the file of the Honble Additional Judicial First Class Magistrateat Bodhan. The Court made the following: ORDER i This application is filed seeking to consider and extend two (02) months time to dispose of the above case in C.C.Nos.558 and 650 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan FAC:l Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-l Additional Junior Civil Judge, Bodhan.

This Court by order 27.12.2022 directed the trial Court to be complete the trial within time frame of six months. Learned Principal Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bodhan addressed a letter, dated 15.09 2023 stating that due to various reasons, the trial could not be completed within time frame fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to extend the time for a period of two (02) months to dispose of the case Sd/- MODH.
