Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 16.12.2019 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to file an appeal under A.P.Shops and Establishments Act.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
