The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :

" ... to pass an order, direction or a writ particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the inaction on part of the respondent No.1 in taking steps to protect the Muslim grave yard admn. 2 acres, situated at Anjiah Nagar colony, under Sy.No.136, Gacchibowli village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.

District, by raising a compound all around it, is illegal, arbitrary and in violation of Wakf Act and Rules. Consequently, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent No.2 not to open any new entrance by erecting a gate on the western side of the entrance gate of muslim grave yard, admn. 2 acres, situated at Anjiah nagar colony, under Sy.No.136, Gacchibowli village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.

At the hearing, Sri Mohd. Adnan, learned Counsel for the petitioner, sought for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.12207/2013 filed for interim relief is disposed of as infructuous.
