WRIT PETITION No.28578 of 2012 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1 in returning the application of petitioner No.1 for increase of seats in the discipline of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (MDS) for the academic year 2013-14 as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of Writ Petition, WPMP.No.36452 of 2012 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is disposed of and WVMP.No.692 of 2013 is disposed of as infructuous. C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 15th JULY, 2015.
