Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that on charge sheet being filed, the learned XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, has taken cognizance in Calendar Case No.168 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
