ORDER:

The writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the Respondents in not appointing the petitioner as the permanent dealer in the Ration Shop bearing No.5 of Nallagunta Village, Venkatapur Mandal, Warangal District, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to appoint her as the permanent dealer in the Ration Shop bearing No.5 of Nallagunta Village, Venkatapur Mandal, Warangal District."

At the hearing, Mr. M. Gowtham Kumar, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Saleem, learned counsel for the petitioner, has requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order dt.9.11.2012 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.44318 of 2012 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
