THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10126 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is stated by both the counsel that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dt.14.03.2016 in W.P.No.8041 of 2016.

2. Following the same, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 4th respondent to receive the document presented by the petitioner and if the 4th respondent does not wish to register it, he shall pass an order, why he does not wish to register, under Section 71 of the Act within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of presentation of document and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 3 . Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
