THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 46651 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of the Police in not registering a crime in spite of the complaint given by the petitioner on 20.12.2016.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, respondent No.7 filed a counter-affidavit, wherein, it is stated that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, Crime No.505 of 2016 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 420 and 506 IPC and Section 25 (1) (A) of the Indian Arms Act. Respondent Nos.8 to 10 were shown as accused in the said crime. In view of registration of the above crime, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.

The writ petition is accordingly closed.
