Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.06.06.2017 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that the Corporation is willing to consider the case of the petitioner and that the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court. 2.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
