THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.Nos.34338, 34351 and 34460 of 2018 COMMON ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court passed a common order dated 30.08.2018 in W.P.No.26934 of 2018 and batch.

The operative portion of the order reads as under :- " In the considered opinion of this Court, the disputed facts with regard to the identity of the property cannot be gone into under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, keeping it open for the petitioners herein to avail the common law remedy for establishing their title, these writ petitions are disposed of." Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, these writ petitions are also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
