HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 34188 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No. 4 in not mutating the names of the petitioners in revenue records in respect of lands admeasuring Ac.0.10 guntas and Ac.0.13 guntas, in Survey Nos.57 and 58 respectively, situated at Hyderguda village, Rajendranagar mandal, Ranga Reddy District, inspite of submitting application dated 08.01.2018, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 08.01.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, in respect of the above lands.

4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest. 5) Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to dispose of the application dated 08.01.2018, made by the petitioners, seeking mutation of their names in the revenue records, in respect of the above lands, in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of two to three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
